Huskee Cups - Are they reusable?

For the love of sustainability! 

YES! YES! YES! Huskee cups are not a one use cup that can be thrown. Shame on you if you've even considered binned your designer looking, reusable cup. This well shaped vessel uses coffee husk as a main component, a thin layer that surrounds the coffee seed or bean. This is bound together with polypropylene; why plastic? you may ask. Huskee decided on Polypropylene with the following goals in mind:

1. Producing a durable product that can withstand café environments
2. Producing a cup whose materiality complement and highlight the innovative design features
3. Creating a material that can be recycled, reused and re-purposed at the end of its life in an environmentally friendly and efficient way.

Utilizing waste and recycled material to help reduce the need for single use paper cups which are a large culprit for landfill and unnecessary.

So the answer to your question, if they can be reused is yes! They can be used in a cafe, home or outdoors environment, washed in the dishwasher, stacked and used with a lid as a take away cup. Might not be a thermos mug but versatile it is.
